Through general renovation and conversion of the former office building of the Lower Austrian Chamber of Labour from the 1970s, the new hotel with 8 floors and 10,414 m² gross floor area is being built. On the ground floor there are lobby and reception, restaurant and bar (500 m²) as well as conference and meeting rooms (230 m²). A wellness and fitness area (140 m²) is located on the 1st floor. The 163 hotel rooms on seven floors are 24 m² large, there are two suites with approx. 48 m². The rooms on the 7th floor are equipped with balconies. The attic also accommodates a sky bar with roof terrace. The underground car park has 34 parking spaces.
The conversion of the building is marked as follows: The geometry of the building on the street side remains unchanged. The existing main façade of reinforced concrete columns with stiffening parapets and aluminium windows is given a new face by the façade design. The ground floor zone is made transparent by full glazing. The top floor is extended by dormers with balconies above.
