Space concepts for new office worlds are created in cooperation with renowned interior designers. The spacious foyer also serves as an event zone. The ground-floor conference area for 200 people including a catering area can be used flexibly. The attractive green and open space concept comprises spacious terraces for communication and movement on the 1st floor and atriums on the ground floor. The perforated metal façade surrounding the building characterises the unmistakable appearance on Frankfurter Allee. The building will be constructed to the highest ecological standard and LEED certification will be sought.
The use of Open BIM standards enables a more efficient exchange of data between all planners involved and the optimisation of coordinative and planning challenges.
The planned move is in the 4th quarter of 2021.
