The compact form of the 4.5 m high building in solid construction and all sales rooms on the ground floor will be retained, but the building's openings will be significantly altered. The motif of plastic accentuation of the building corner sets the scene for the entrance area. With a new, floor-to-ceiling glass façade as a post-and-beam system, the building opens to the car park. The main entrance is accentuated by the typical red portal frame. A canopy cantilevers above the 3.8 m corner, tapering conically to a 6 m high point. The entrance façade and canopy are uniformly clad with metal panels.
The car park remains unchanged in its design. There are a total of 36 parking spaces, one of which is for disabled persons.
