Situated on 47 floors, all 418 apartments offer spectacular views over the city.
A range of amenities create a resort-like ambience for the residents and guests: a representative 6 m high lobby and a communal lounge area with garden on the seventh floor. Apartment sizes range from 41 m² studio flats to 300 m² 5-bedroom residences. All apartments are designed to open-space-principle with attention to elegant materials and details. Living rooms and bedrooms are situated alongside the floor to ceiling height glazing to maximise natural light, transparency and views. The interior is extended outwards with loggias and terraces. The ground floor comprises two shops. A total of 425 parking spaces are accommodated in an underground and a 6-storey car park.
