The building with a gross floor area of 1,666 m² and a length of 55 m is oriented towards the car park in front and the main road. The design concept is an L-shaped, monolithic bracket in the form of a massive rear wall and a striking, 1.2 m high, cantilevered and tapered roof. Within this bracket, the sales and ancillary areas are designed as an adjusted box whose continuous skylight strips reinforce the floating impression of the roof.
Below the 8 m deep, roofed entrance area, the central customer entrance with a glass facade is designed as a post-and-beam system, with aluminium composite panel facades on the sides of the building component. All sales areas are located on the ground floor. The southern part of the building is designed as a two-storey building for delivery, ancillary rooms and staff rooms. The car park, which is bordered by partly transparent noise barriers, comprises a total of 94 car and 25 bicycle parking spaces.
