A two-stage design competition was launched of which the first stage outlined an urban idea competition. The 2nd stage entailed a realization competition for the architectural planning of four office- and residential high-rises between 100 and 230 m based on a mixed-use plinth with shopping, gastronomy, hotels and public squares with a total gross floor area of 220,000 m².
