Based on the predefined and dedicated building volume, the concept is based on the grouping of three cubes in differentiated formulations with green terraces and roofs. The facades are dominated by clay in the form of bricks and ceramic facade tiles.
The heart of the building is an elongated, multi-storey atrium as a meeting and communication space, showroom and venue for events. Meandering open staircases ensure movement and short distances in the building. Terraces projecting into the atrium allow informal communication and relaxation. Cantilevered lounges serve as flexible work and meeting zones.
