Für den Entwurf des Verbrauchermarktes wurde mit verschiedenen Dachformen experimentiert, die das Gebäude mit der Gebäudeecke der Hauptschauseite bestmöglich zum Kreisverkehr und Parkplatz orientieren.
For the design of the consumer market, various roof shapes were experimented with, which orientate the building with the corner of the building on the main display side in the best possible way towards the roundabout and car park.
Der Verkaufsraum ist als Box ausgebildet, die sich zum Parkplatz hin mit einer geschoßhohen Glasfassade als Pfosten-Riegel-System öffnet und seitlich grob verputzt ist. Darüber stülpt sich asymmetrisch ein Brucha Paneel-verkleideter Baukörper, der zur Hauptschauseite aufkippt und dabei ein markantes, Vor- und Flugdach bildet. Dieses kragt vor der Glasfassade 0,5 bis 5 m aus, erreicht eine Gebäudehöhe von 6,50 m und ist an seiner Untersicht mit im Farbverlauf eingefärbten Alucobond Spectra Cupral 913 Paneelen verkleidet. Der Parkplatz umfasst 61 Stellplätze und 14 Fahrradabstellplätze.
The sales room is designed as a box, which opens towards the car park with a floor-to-ceiling glass façade as a post-and-beam system and is plastered on the sides. Asymmetrically, a Brucha panel-clad building structure is placed over it, which tilts up to the main display side, thereby forming a striking canopy and flying roof. This protrudes 0.5 to 5 m in front of the glass façade, reaches a building height of 6.50 m and is clad on its underside with Alucobond Spectra Cupral 913 panels coloured in the colour gradient. The car park has 61 parking spaces and 14 bicycle parking spaces.
